Herein the "Bykez" refers to the owners, employees, and primary operators of this website wether working under partnership, contract, goodwill, or otherwise.
Due to the specific hygiene controls which the Bykez conforms to, our products can only be considered for return if they remain in their original packaging unopened and without damage or other conditions that could compromise these hygiene controls, unless otherwise specified or agreed to by the Bykez in a clearly expressed written statement. Purchaser understands and authorizes the Bykez to decide on a case by case basis wether these hygiene controls have been compromised or not. It would present unnecessary risks to ourselves and other customers to allow the return of opened, damaged, used, or otherwise tampered with products.
By proceeding to order from the Bykez the purchaser understands and agrees that a request by the Bykez to have the product returned for review does not constitute agreement to any terms of refund. Purchaser also understands and agrees that, in the event such product is returned to the Bykez only to have the refund request denied because such product does not comply with hygiene controls, purchaser is entitled to have the product returned to them or destroyed. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs of returned items.
If purchaser believes they have received defective or malfunctioning products they should contact the Bykez with a full explanation of the claimed defects as well as full details for the purchasers order. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for resolution of any request for refund to be fully reviewed, processed, and responded to.
REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF FILED WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
THIS POLICY MAKES OR IMPLIES NO CLAIM OR STATEMENT AS TO ANY GUARANTEE OF REFUND IN ANY SITUATION OR CIRCUMSTANCE OF ANY NATURE. PURCHASER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE DEALT WITH ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS UNIQUE TO PURCHASERS SPECIFIC CLAIM FOR REFUND.
The Bykez does not offer refunds in cases of product dissatisfaction due to an individuals specific tastes. If purchaser is unsatisfied with the product they ordered, purchaser should contact the Bykez with a full explanation of their dissatisfaction. We feel that most situations can be resolved with a satisfactory outcome for both parties involved, regardless of whether or not a refund is ultimately issued per the guidelines of this policy.
